Basic Flow of All Open Heart NeuroMeditations:
Step 1: Build and generate love in the heart
Step 2: Direct this to yourself first - giving unconditional love to YOU
Step 3: Continue to build/generate love and direct this to your family, friends, loved ones
Step 4: Build the love again/more and direct this to your community, to the world or to specific peoples in the world
** Start with the self and then expand to those closest and then outward from there, community, world. This process makes the self smaller while also creating a greater sense of connection with the world and being WOVEN into it. **
Go to the What Does it Help Page for more information on specific issues/struggles.

Grief & Loss can upend our safety - practicing the Cave of Safety above can help with that
OH When Grief/Loss Rocks your World
This NeuroMeditation is pretty self explanatory. It can offer some sense of soothing to the pain.
This NeuroMeditation supports you in expanding yourself as you hold both your joys, as well as, your sorrows.
This NeuroMeditation gently guides you through sitting with your deep regrets and assists you in allowing and receiving the balm of self forgiveness
CAUTION!! Go to the FOCUS page if you are in an active depression and cannot access self love, love for others, or love of anything. Do NOT judge yourself - this is part of the brain state during an active depression and those areas just aren't connecting or active. When this is the case, a Focus NeuroMeditation and Neuro-Tools can be more effective until you feel things shifting.
Feel into when you can access love for self and others. When you can, return to these Open Heart NeuroMeditations. Experiment, observe and notice (without judgement) to learn the messages your body sends you about which state you are in.
Go to the DEPRESSION page for more detailed information.
Open the Heart with Nature
Awe is beneficial for everyone, especially when dealing with anything difficult. Connecting with this feeling is restorative for the brain and the nervous system (for heart, mind and body). Do this often - even for a few minutes when you are stressed/overwhelmed/hurting. This practice guides you through remembering, with all of your senses, an experience of being in a place where you FELT AWE.
