The holiday season and the demands of deep winter often trigger stress, overwhelm, and emotional fatigue. This focused live, online Zoom course provides you with the essential Neuro-Toolkit to meet these unique seasonal demands with calm. We will focus on immediate, practical skills in Vagal Regulation and nervous system balance, teaching you how to use NeuroMeditation, and other brain-based tools, to quiet your body's "alarm system" amidst the chaos, or to lift it when it is fatigued or shutting down. Learn to discharge accumulated tension, build Winter Resilience against overwhelm, and prevent the exhaustion and burnout that often follows seasonal intensity, allowing you to remain grounded and restored throughout the most demanding time of the year.

Anxiety & Stress Focus (Calming): Utilizing Focus NM to interrupt the activation signal and quiet the mind's rumination.
Depression & Fatigue Focus (Lifting): Introducing GEMS (small, positive sensory focuses) to gently activate and lift the system out of a shut-down state.
Anxiety & Stress Focus (Calming): Using physical anchors (sound, breath, touch) to reduce intensity and stabilize a hyper-activated nervous system.
