Why Listen to Me? What Do I know?
Trauma | Depression | PTSD | Anxiety | Suicidal Ideation | Grief/Loss | Addiction
Molly McClish is a NeuroMeditation Instructor in Denver, Colorado, who brings a rare depth of understanding to her work. Her path to this calling is deeply personal, shaped by her own experiences with childhood trauma and the profound loss of her 13-year-old daughter to suicide.
This lived experience gives Molly a unique compassion for those navigating the intense challenges of trauma, anxiety, grief, and depression. For over five years, she has guided clients, and students, to gently take back control of their minds and nervous systems, empowering them to transform their daily lives.
Molly’s purpose is to teach you practical and powerful tools to reconstruct your life and reclaim your well-being. Her work is always tailored to your individual journey, focusing on:
Gaining control of your mind through NeuroMeditation.
Learning to regulate your nervous system and the Vagus Nerve.
Building deep self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
Using modern technology and other tools to support your healing.
Connecting with and accessing Nature
Molly’s work is highly personalized, recognizing that each person’s path to recovery is unique. If you are looking for a teacher who truly understands, she is here to support you on your path toward peace and integration.

I work best with people who are really ready to do the hard work of rewiring their brain and freeing themselves from living at the mercy of their trauma. As stated many times through this site, this is not passive, easy work. It is HARD and active daily effort to bring restoration of the nervous system and move it into a state of regulation and calm. Any notion that this is just about positivity or "good vibes," should be strongly and firmly squelched. Yes focusing on the positive and working with replacing negative thoughts with positive ones is very helpful... AT THE RIGHT TIME!!! I cannot say this loudly enough. If you have not faced and worked through the hard stuff, you CANNOT just Positive Thought it away. When this happens the issues and trauma is simply denied or forced away, neither of which is every truly effective or possible.
This is why working with a therapist is crucial. They can help you as you navigate the hard stuff. I DO NOT recommend that anyone engage in the deep dive without that support. See the links regarding help finding a therapist in the Begin Here or Free Resources pages, or at the bottom of each page in the disclaimer.
I also work well with people who live with PTSD, Depression, Complicated Grief/Loss, Suicidal Ideation and those who have lost someone to suicide. With suicide - this is such a unique type of loss and I understand both the intensely difficult aspects of losing someone to suicide and of living with suicidal ideation. I can help you find the tools that work for you as you navigate any of these.
